What goes into the site

Let the artwork guide the first conversation.

01

Artists with distinct portfolios

Give each artist a page for their specialties and original, approved work. Keep image credits and artist attribution connected to the pieces people are browsing.

Artist profiles / original work / attribution

02

A consultation with useful context

Explain the details an artist needs before discussing a piece, such as placement, approximate size and references. Route the inquiry to the correct artist or studio process.

Project details / consultation route / artist selection

03

Studio expectations made clear

Put your approved booking, deposit, appointment and aftercare information in a place clients can return to. Keep walk-in availability distinct from a confirmed appointment.

II / Start with your business

The portfolio should show the artist's own hand.

The work is personal, and the website should help people find the right fit. We give real tattoo photography a deliberate structure, then make the consultation process easy to follow.

Useful things to bring

  • Artist profiles and approved original tattoo photographs
  • Your consultation process and booking destinations
  • Current studio policies and approved client guidance

Straight answers

Before your project starts.

01Can each artist have their own portfolio and booking link?

Yes. We plan profiles around the real artists at your studio, their approved photographs and their booking destinations. The structure can distinguish artists with open books from those using a different inquiry process.

02Will you use generated tattoos in our artist portfolios?

No. Artist portfolios use original work you provide and approve. Generated concept environments can illustrate a design direction, but they are not evidence of an artist's work.

03Can clients pay a deposit through the site?

We review the payment or booking provider you use and confirm its supported connection during scoping. The website only describes a deposit flow that the agreed system and your approved policies actually support.
